Hmmm...
AL's coming, I'm excited.
I wouldn't say I'm fully prepared, but at least I'm not that sluggish like last year.
But studying... tutorial classes are flooding me. And by the fact that I haven't been reading much long, I could hardly have any ideas to tell you here.
Still, ttyl.

Currently Reading
The trial and death of Socrates;: Euthyphro, Apology, Crito, Phaedo (Everyman's library)
By Plato
see related
Examination is coming, the A-level, in 78 days.
I were taking it seriously from the time given chance to prepare. But I know my way of preparation may in some way, sounded irrelevant: When the test tests you how well you  do draw, I often spend time reasoning "what is the best drawing like?" and "which is the best way to draw?" insteading of doing a lot of drawings. Very philosophical I know, as I've just read about Socrates today. There are things I know like all the content in the syllabus and the amorphous types of question. Also there are something I don't know: the ways to work on a system which would guide me well in the examination... no, no how to do it again! The following is quote of a song from My Fair Lady, as it reflects pretty much the marker's attitude towards your paper, for examination:

Freddy Speak and the world is full of singing,
And I'm winging Higher than the birds.
Touch and my heart begins to crumble,
The heaven's tumble, Darling, and I'm... Eliza Words!
Words! Words! I'm so sick of words!
I get words all day through;
First from him, now from you! Is that all you blighters can do?
Don't talk of stars Burning above; If you're in love,
Show me! Tell me no dreams
Filled with desire. If you're on fire,
Show me! Here we are together in the middle of the night!
Don't talk of spring! Just hold me tight!
Anyone who's ever been in love'll tell you that
This is no time for a chat! Haven't your lips
Longed for my touch? Don't say how much,
Show me! Show me! Don't talk of love lasting through time.
Make me no undying vow. Show me now!
Sing me no song! Read me no rhyme!
Don't waste my time, Show me!
Don't talk of June, Don't talk of fall!
Don't talk at all! Show me!
Never do I ever want to hear another word.
There isn't one I haven't heard.
Here we are together in what ought to be a dream;
Day one more word and I'll scream!
Haven't your arms Hungered for mine?
Please don't "expl'ine," Show me! Show me!
Don't wait until wrinkles and lines
Pop out all over my brow,
Show me now!

Doing exam is like having going on pursuit for a lover. Don't ramble, just write the points and you scored. God knows you are wise, God knows you are loaded with words and passion, have an ideology that one day you will shape the world by starting a better political system. But to win the hearts of the examinars you must make contrast, compare, intrepret, reason, explain, deduce with your knowledge during the examination. No, not singing with your textbook. All I were doing was to sing like birds and writing ryhme for Biology. Go around with the matter, know about it, but not deal with it. In such case I must amend to its greatest extend my style of revising. Show off concisely, tackle the questions and give the answers. So to summerize:
1. I weren't studying for the sake of examianation.
2. I do now.

I’ve not long been coming back here- scary, without practice a fluent flow of words could be stuck by lots of consideration in wording. This is hard even to write a good sentence. I gotta do something about it.

Drawing... visual arts is a fun subject to study: wherever you are you may feel that you are studying, which is good, if you are living art in life and take care of each insignificant changes near you, or inside your heart. Everyday you feel you are living in progress. Like pencil sketching, as you spot more and more detail in the subject, you have more materials in hand to depict your world. But to a smart person (Mensan for example) he can see too many choices for him, sometimes he's confused with such leap of paint on brush there's nothing he can't do, yet don't know what to do. Visual Arts is the practices of letting the flow flows in your heart, letting the sound of your heart string tuned to resonate with the nature without clunking noise. This is fun. No essays. No intense reading and utterance of memorization (indeed discourages). Arts tend to drag me into deep thoughts.

Visual Arts is pushing me to challenge myself everyday and take a new perspective in looking into myself. Usually when I was in my previous school lecture stuffed with dry notions, I had to follow a track of so-so logic and lost in the ocean of facts. Especially Chemistry, there are fifty re-combinable names and formulas you've probably to memorize one-by-one and use intensive to make of full grasp of its usage. Sad is the thing that since you've memorized all these facts, your thoughts are limited to these frame fact had set upon me. Therefore, whatever not mention's become nothing important. Visual Arts against such auguring. Thanks god I've found the work I'm made for.
